Mungbohnen mit Reis - Diät
Diese Diät ist leicht durchzuhalten. Sie kräftigt Nieren und Darm und wirkt stärkend und entgiftend. Außerdem unterstützt sie die Meditation. Sie kann für 10 bis 40 Tage gemacht werden.
Dafür werden nur Mungbohnen und Reis zusammen mit viel grünem Gemüse, Kräutern und Gewürzen gekocht und gegessen. Knoblauch, ingwer und Zwiebeln verfeinern den Geschmack. Karotten, Sellerie, Rote Beete 2 kleingeschnittene Zwiebeln 1/3 Tasse gehackten Ingwer 2 Zehen Knoblauch kleingeschnitten oder gepresst 1 Teelöffel Tumeric (Gelbwurz) 1 Teelöffel Pfeffer folgende gewürze können variiert werden: 1 Teelöffel Garam Masala (indische Gewürzmischung) 1 Teelöffel Basilikum 2 Lorbeerblätter Samen von 5 Kardamonkapseln
Bohnen und Reis waschen, Wasser zum Kochen bringen, Reis und Bohnen mittelheiß kochen. Gemüse vorbereiten und hinzufügen. Öl erhitzen, Zwiebeln, Ingwer und Knoblauch anbräunen, Gewürze hinzufügen. Mit den Bohnen-Reis-Topf vermischen, Kräuter hinzufügen und unter häufigem Rühren auf kleiner Flamme köcheln. Die Konsistenz sollte dick und Suppig sein.
